摘 要:随着社会经济转型的需要和国家政策支持的强化,互联网消费金融迎来了巨大的发展机遇,在互联网消费金融高速发展的同时也暴露出多方面的问题。文章基于现有研究文献和调查数据,对我国互联网消费金融的发展背景进行了分析,报告了我国互联网消费金融的发展现状,通过对比欧美成熟消费金融市场,对我国互联网消费金融发展面临的困境展开调查,发现我国互联网消费金融市场主要存在着消费金融观念未深入人心、风险防范不足和互联网征信体系发展不健全三方面的问题,对此提出深化互联网消费金融理念普及、完善风险管理制度、构建多元化征信体系和加强互联网消费金融产品服务创新的建议,以期为实现我国互联网消费金融进一步创新发展提供借鉴。Due to the need of social and economic transformation and with the strengthening of national policy support, Internet consumer finance has ushered in great opportunities for development. While developing at a high rate, Internet consumer finance also exposes many problems. Based on existing literature and survey data, this paper reviews on the developing background and analyses current status of internet finance in China. Through comparisons with mature consumer finance markets in Europe and America, dilemmas in the development of internet consumer-finance in our country are investigated from three aspects, which including lack of awareness of Internet consumer finance concept, limitation of risk prevention mechanism and incompletement of internet credit registry. According to these dilemmas, some suggestions continuing to open up a new stage for the innovation and development of Internet consumer finance are made out on popularization of the Internet consumer finance concept, improvement of risk management system, construction of a diversified credit system and products and services innovation.
