摘　　要：目的探讨以腕背侧第4、5间室内动脉为带骨移植术式对于Ⅱ期、Ⅲa期的月骨坏死患者的临床效果。方法采用以腕背侧第4、5间室内动脉为蒂的骨瓣移植术进行治疗8例月骨坏死患者。结果按月骨坏死疗效标准评定：优6例，良1例，可1例。结论以腕背侧第4、5间室内动脉为蒂的骨瓣移植术能重建月骨血运，是一种治疗Ⅱ期、Ⅲa期月骨无菌性坏死较为理想的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the surgical treatment for patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ a months of bone necrosis. Methods 8 patients with months of bone necrosis were treated with the transplantation of bone flap pedicled with the fourth and 5 compartment arteries of the dorsal carpal side. Results Cases were excellent in 6 cases, good in 1 cases, and 1 cases in the treatment of bone necrosis. Conclusions The wrist back side 4, 5 compartment arteries pedicled bone flap transplantation to reconstruct blood supply, is an ideal method for the treaanent of stage II and III lunate bone aseptic necrosis.
