三通接头在鼻饲中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三通接头在鼻饲中的应用效果。方法将100例鼻饲患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例，观察组采用胃管前端剪去胃管攀帽改良三通接头，连接注射器使用。对照组采用胃管前端攀帽直接连接灌食器使用，比较两组在使用过程中的效果。结果与对照组比较，观察组每日成本、被服污染率、胃管接头脱落率明显降低，且胃管清洗平均耗时明显减少（P〈O．05）。结论使用三通接头改良胃管运用于鼻饲的方法，取材方便，减轻了护士工作量，提高了工作效率，降低了患者的住院费用，值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the application effect of tee fitting on nasal feeding. Methods 100 cases of nasal feeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group had 50 cases. The modified tee fitting jointed to a stomach tube with its climbing helmet was cut off was used in the observation group. The control group use a stomach tube with its front climbing helmet connected to a feeding device. The effect was compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group daily cost, bedding and clothing pollution rate, rate of gastric tube connector off significantly decreased, and the average time of gastric tube cleaning reduced as well （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The method by using tee fitting improves nasogastric in nasal feeding convenient, reduces the workload of nurses, improves work efficiency and reduces the cost of hospitalization. Therefore, it is worthy of application in clinical usage.
