摘 要:研究了一种基于高速开关阀的开关液压源。这种压力转换器是参考弱电系统中的boost-buck电路的结构,并以液压元件替代其中的电气元件而设计的。复合型开关液压源可以通过改变高速开关阀的占空比,从而无节流损失的增大或者减小输出压力。为了实现其增压及减压作用,复合型开关液压源需要配置两个高速开关阀,相当于一个单刀双掷开关。研究发现当占空比小于0.5时为减压状态,而当占空比大于0.5时为增压状态。理论及仿真均验证了其可行性。复合型开关液压源的提出为二次调节静液传动提供了新方法。A compound switch-mode hydraulic power supply based on high speed the on-off valve is proposed and it is analogous to the boost-buck electric circuit in the weak electricity system. By substituting the electronic compo- nent with counterparts, the system configuration is established. The output pressure could be increased or decreased by adjusting the duty ratio of the PWM signal without throttling loss. In order to achieve the function of pressure boost and buck, the compound switch-mode hydraulic power supply has two high speed on-off valves which is e- quivalent of a single-pole double-throw switch. Research shows that the compound switch-mode hydraulic power supply is in the pressure buck state when the duty ratio is less than 0.5. And the load pressure is boosted when the duty ratio is greater than 0.5. The validity of this method has been proved by theoretical analysis and simulation re- sult.
