摘　　要：目的通过对重症医学科多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染实施监督和管理,使医院MDRO感染得到预防和控制。方法医院感染管理科通过"医院感染实时监测系统"监测到重症医学科发生3起MDRO感染,对该3起MDRO感染及时进行调查和追踪研究。结果 3起MDRO感染包括社区感染和医院感染,医院感染患者不是由社区感染传染所致,且3起事件均不属于医院感染暴发。结论通过对MDRO感染分析,使得院感的管理和监测水平得到切实提高,有效预防和控制医院MDRO感染的发生。Objective To prevent and control the infection of multi -drug -resistant bacteria in intensive care unit by sur-veillance and management.Methods Department of nosocomial infection management monitored three cases of infection of multi -drug -resistant bacteria in intensive care unit,and investigated and followed it by the “hospital infection real -time mo-nitoring system”.Results Three cases of infection of multi -drug -resistant bacteria in intensive care unit included community infections and nosocomial infections,while the nosocomial infection was not caused by the infection of the community,and 3 ca-ses were not an outbreak of nosocomial infection.Conclusion Through the analysis of infection of multi -drug -resistant bacte-ria,the level of management and monitoring of the nosocomial infection was improved,and the occurrence of infection of multi -drug -resistant bacteria was effectively prevented and controlled.
