摘  要:以乙酸和甲醇为原料,以活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化合成乙酸甲酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对合成乙酸甲酯产率的影响。结果表明,在甲醇、乙酸摩尔比为1.3∶1、活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,反应时间为150mim,反应温度为90℃的条件下,其产率达98.6%;催化剂寿命长、可多次重复使用。Methyl acetate was synthesized using acetic acid and methanol as materials,p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon as catalyst.The effects,such as the molar ratio of methano to acetic acid,the amount of p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon,reaction time,reaction temperature and so on,on the yield of methyl acetate were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained.The results showed that the molar ratio of methano to acetic acid was 1.3 :1,the mass ratio of the p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon was 1.5%,the reaction time was 150 min,the reaction temperature was 90℃,the yield of methyl acetate was 98.6%.The catalyst was a long life span and could be used many times.
