摘　　要：甘肃刘化(集团)有限责任公司20万t/a合成氨气体净化装置,经过近四年的运行,到2013年4月开始出现低变废锅产汽量下降,溶液再生度上升,吸收塔出口气质超标等问题,通过原因分析和采取针对措施,解决了存在的问题,使净化装置恢复了高负荷生产。Gansu Liu（Group）Co.,Ltd.Ammonia 200,000 t/a of gas purifi cation device,after nearly four years of operation,to begin in April 2013,the emergence of low-waste boiler steam production decline,the rise of the solution regeneration,excessive absorption tower outlet temperament and other issues,and by analyzing the reasons for the measures taken to solve the problems,so that the high recovery purifi cation device capacity.
