摘　　要：针对电石乙炔法生产工艺中存在聚乙烯醇(PVA)产品甲醇含量偏高的问题,分析和探讨了聚乙烯醇产品中甲醇含量偏高的原因,提出了相应的降低甲醇含量的控制措施,使聚乙烯醇产品的甲醇含量控制在一个较低的水平。Aimed at solving the problem of methanol content on the high side of polyvinyl alcohol（PVA）product in calcium carbide-acetylene method production process,causes of methanol content on the high side in polyvinyl alcohol product were analyzed and discussed.The appropriate control measures of reducing methanol content were proposed.The methanol content of polyvinyl alcohol product was successfully controlled in a low level.
