摘　　要："一带一路"战略构想为文化产业发展提供了难得的历史机遇与更大的发展空间。基于对曲江文化产业示范园区的路径分析与经验总结,提出政策引导、打造特色、形成合力以及尊重和维护意识形态安全的西部文化产业发展建设路径。Xi Jinping put forward the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂.Thus,the cultural industry is having a rare his-torical opportunity and space for development.This paper takes Qujiang New District of Xi′an as a penetration point, combing with the construction experience of cultural industry park,aiming at investigating a developing path of Chinese western cultural industry,under the ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂.
