摘 要:以黄瓜花蕾为材料,用醋酸洋红染色压片法制片,在光学显微镜下观察花粉的发育情况,并探讨黄瓜花蕾大小与花粉发育时期的相互关系。结果表明:当花蕾长度小于0.3cm时,花粉基本处于小孢子母细胞时期和二分体时期;长度为0.3~0.6cm时,为花粉发育的四分体时期;长度大于0.6cm时,基本为花粉发育的后期。In present study,the different length of buds of cucumbers(Cucumis sativus L.)as materials,pollen development stages were observed with light microscope by pollen staining with aceto carmine,and the relationships between the bud size and pollen development stages were studied.The results showed that the pollens were basically at the stage of microsporocyte and the peak stage of dyad when the size of buds was 0~0.3cm,whereas the pollens were at tetrad,uninucleate,binucleate and trinuclear stages when the bud size were 0.3~0.6cm.When the bud size was longer than 0.6cm,the pollens were at the late stage of pollen development.Overall,it was more scientific that size and length of buds was used as a standard for determining the stages of microspore development.
