绿肥翻压对烤烟质量的影响

摘　　要：为提高河南基地烟叶质量,以中烟100为材料,研究了5种绿肥翻压处理对烟叶农艺性状及烤后烟叶外观质量、常规化学成分、中性致香成分含量和感官质量的影响。结果表明:各绿肥翻压处理均能有效增加烟株的叶面积。其中,毛叶苕子翻压处理的烟叶颜色为深桔黄,整体外观质量表现最好,各项化学指标较为均衡,能明显提高烟叶中的致香物质成分含量,提高烟叶的香气质和香气量,增加烤后烟叶的劲头和浓度,提升烟叶的整体感官评吸质量。总之,毛叶苕子翻压处理的表现最优。In order to improve the leaf quality in tobacco planting base of Henan province,tobacco cultivar Zhongyan100 as a material,the effects of the turning over pressure processing of five green manures on agronomic characteristics of tobacco leaves,appearance quality,chemical components,neutral aroma components and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that the turning over pressure processing for each of five green manures could all increase the leaf area.Among these,viciavillosa by turning over pressure processing led to the best result that flue-cured tobacco leaf exhibited dark orange color,best overall appearance quality,balanced chemical index,higher concentration of total aroma compounds and better smoke aroma quality and content combined with increasing smoke strength and concentration and improving overall smoking quality.
