摘 要:实验制备和表征了不同组成Pt/Al-MCM-41双功能催化剂,以生物柴油加氢脱氧得到的生物烷烃为原料进行加氢裂化制备生物航空煤油,考察了不同反应温度(300~3400C)、重时空速(0.75~1.75h^-1)、反应压力(1~5MPa)和氢油比(700-2700)等反应条件对生物烷烃转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高,转化率显著增加,煤汽比随着反应温度的升高而下降:随着重时空速的升高,转化率降低,煤汽比上升;在较低压力(2-4MPa)下,产物分布变化小,在5MPa反应压力下,转化率迅速下降;随着氢油比的增加,转化率和煤汽比均逐渐升高。综合考虑选择性和转化率,适宜反应条件为:温度330℃、重时空速1h~、压力2~3MPa、氢油比2200。Bi-functional catalysts Pt/Al-MCM-41 with different Si/Al ratios were prepared and characterized. These catalysts were used to prepare bio-jet fuel via hydrocracking of bio-alkanes from biodiesel hydrodeoxygenation. The effects of temperature (300-340℃), weight space velocity (0.75-1.75 h-l), pressure (1-5 MPa) and hydrogen/oil volume ratio (700-2700) on bio-alkane conversion and selectivity were examined. The results show that conversion is significant increased and kerosene/gasoline ratio decreases with the increase of reaction temperature, while the opposite is found with the increase of weight space velocity. Product composition shows little change under low pressure (2-4 MPa), but the conversion decreases rapidly at 5 MPa. Both conversion and kerosene/gasoline ratio improve with the increase of hydrogen/oil volume ratio. The optimum operating conditions considering catalyst selectivity and conversion are temperature 330℃, weight space velocity 1 h-1, pressure 2-3 MPa and hydrogen/oil ratio 2200.
