摘  要:为减少外围丛式井的生产能耗,降低一次性投资,开展了一机双采抽油设备研究及现场试验,实现了一台抽油设备同时抽汲2口油井。通过对现场试验11台一机双采抽油设备的节能情况分析以及各项性能进行测试,并与游梁式抽油机进行对比,进一步明确一机双采抽油设备的技术特点,为外围低渗透油田经济有效开发提供了技术支撑。In order to reduce the production energy-consumption of the peripheral cluster wells, reduce one-time investment,one-machine-two-pump equipment research and field test have been carried out,one-pump-swabbing-two-well can be realized. The technology characteristics of one-machine-two-pump equipment can been clarified by analyzing the energy-saving situation of 11 one-machine-two-pump equipment and testing the performance of this equipment in test site and comparing with beam pumping unit. Some technical supports can be provided for peripheral low permeability oilfield efficient development.
