摘  要:为加强机械采油系统节能管理,提升机采运行质量。采取"优化、维修、更换、对调"的4项措施,开展节能例会制度、节能设备安装环节把控、设备运行监督检查等一系列基础管控措施,节能工作得到有序开展。2015年实施节能措施3546井次,节电1 055.75×104k Wh;电动机和控制箱综合节能状态运转率由86.66%提高到91.74%,设备损坏率由12.65%降低到4.09%,资料准确率由88.67%提高到94.9%。形成了一套系统化、可操作性强的管理方法,为后期机械采油节能改造提供了技术支持。In order to strengthen the energy-saving management for the mechanical oil pumping system and improve the mechanical oil pumping operation quality, four measures are adopted, including optimization, repair,replacement and exchange. And conducted orderly here is the energy-saving work, with energy-saving meeting system development, energy-saving equipment installation link control, equipment operation supervision and inspection and a series of other basic control measures. In 2015, the energy-saving measures reach 3546well-times, with saved electricity of 1055.75 × 104 k Wh. Improved from 86.66% to 91.74% is the comprehensive energy-saving operation rate of electrical machines and control boxes, decreased from 12.65% to 12.65% is the equipment damage rate, and improved from 88.67% to 94.9% is the data accuracy. Therefore, a set of systematic and operable management methods are formed. Provided has been the technical support for late mechanical oil extraction energy-saving transformation.
