摘 要:目的分析遵义医学院附属医院住院急性下呼吸道患儿肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma Pneumoniae,MP)感染的流行病学特征,为该病的预防和治疗提供帮助。方法选取2015年1月至12月入我院的824例下呼吸道感染患儿,采用被动凝集法(PPA)检测MP-Ig M,并结合病例资料进行分析。结果 1总阳性率及各病种阳性率的比较:总阳性率为28.4%(234/824),各病种阳性率分别为支气管炎组12.3%(14/114)、喘息性支气管炎组31.4%(33/105)、急性支气管炎组33.3%(45/135)、支气管炎合并肺炎组26.1%(60/230)和急性支气管肺炎组34.2%(82/240);2不同性别阳性率的比较:女性患儿34.2%(92/269),男性患儿25.6%(142/555);3不同年龄组阳性率的比较:婴儿期组8.9%(34/380)、幼儿期组33.8%(74/219)、学龄前期组65.3%(79/121)和学龄期组45.2%(47/104);4不同季节的比较:春、夏、秋、冬四季阳性率分别为14.7%(14/95)、24.4%(29/119)、33.3%(84/252)和29.9%(107/358);5不同居住地阳性率的比较:农村患儿32.7%(109/333),城区患儿25.5%(125/491)。结论 MP是急性下呼吸道感染住院患儿的主要病原之一,女性患儿感染率高于男性患儿,学龄前儿童感染率最高,全年均可发生,尤以秋冬季感染率为高,农村患儿感染率高于城区患儿。Objective Analysis of infection rate of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University in order to provide epidemic prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods Children in pediatric inpatient respiratory infection department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2015 to December 2015(824 serum samples) were subjected to serum MP passive agglutination method to test MP-Ig M antibody.Statistical analysis of MP-Ig M antibody test results based on clinical data was made.Results 1 Comparison of different diseases:MP infection rate was 28.4%(234/824) totally,The group of bronchiolitis is 12.3%(14/114),the group of asthmatic bronchitis 31.4%(33/105),the group of acute bronchitis 33.3%(45/135),the group of bronchial asthma combined pneumonia 26.1%(60/230),the group of acute bronchopneumonia 34.2%(82/240);2Comparison of different genders:The MP infection rate of female group was 34.2%(92/269),the male group was 25.6%(142/555);3Comparison of different ages:The MP infection rates of infancy stage group 8.9%(34/380),toddler period group 33.8%(74/219),preschool period group 65.3%(79/121) and school age group 45.2%(47/104);4Comparison of different seasons:The MP infection rates in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 14.7%(14/95),24.4%(29/119),33.3%(84/252)and 29.9%(107/358);5 Comparison of different areas:The MP infection rate of village group was 32.7%(109/333),the city group 25.5%(125/491).Conclusion MP was one of the main pathogens of acute lower respiratory infection of children in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University.Infection rate of female child patients is higher than that of male child patients.Infection rate of preschool children is the highest.MP infection goes on throughout the year with infection rate in the summer and winter being the highest.The MP infection rate of village group was higher than the city group.
