摘　　要：重视群众文化建设不仅是社会主义精神文明构建的需求,也是我国走向社会主义和谐社会的必经之路。因此,在新的形势和新的时期,必须将群众文化建设看成一项最基本的任务,对其进行重点研究,并制定出一套科学的方案。结合群众文化的基本含义,给出一些在新形势下群众文化发展建设的意见。The construction of mass culture is not only the demand of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in China but also the only way towards the socialist harmonious society. Therefore, it must take mass culture as the most basic task in the new situation, and develop a set of scientific programs. Combined with the basic meaning of mass culture, this paper proposed some suggestions on mass culture development under the new situation.
