摘 要:目的 分析北京市2008-2014年山夫登堡沙门菌临床分离株的分子流行病学特征。方法 对从腹泻病例分离到的91株山夫登堡沙门菌进行药敏试验、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型及多位点序列分型(MLST)。结果 2011-2012年山夫登堡沙门菌在北京地区高水平流行,占所有分离株的87.9%,2008-2010年,2013-2104年各年份高度散发,病例主要集中在20~59岁成人组,5-6月为发病高峰;所有菌株对萘啶酸有较高耐药性(76.9%),对磺胺异噁唑(53.9%)和链霉素(49.5%)中度耐药,对其他抗菌药物均较敏感;PFGE分型将91株腹泻株分成23种型别,形成三大克隆群,引起2011-2012年暴发流行的64株菌形成绝对优势克隆株;42株菌的MLST分型结果显示包括暴发流行在内的绝大多数菌株属于常见型ST14,5株散发菌株为新型ST1923。结论 北京市山夫登堡沙门菌具有明显的克隆株优势带型,引起2011-2012年的本地流行,对抗生素敏感性较高。Objective This study was to analyze molecular epidemiological characteristics of Salmonella enterica Serovar Senfienberg clinical isolates in Beijing during 2008 and 2014. Methods 91 S. Senfienberg strains isolated from diarrhea cases were tested for drug resistance and analyzed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and MIST assay. Results S. Senfienberg strains were seriously prevalent in Beijing during the period of 2011-2012, accounteing for 87.9%, but highly sporadic in other years. The patients were mainly of 20-59 years. The prevalence peaked in May and June. The resistance to nalidixie acid (76.9%) was the highest, and that to Sulfisoxazole (53.9%) and Streptomycin(49,5%) were moderate. The strains were more susceptible to other tested antibiotics. The 91 S. Senfienberg strains displayed 23 PFGE patterns constituting three major clonal groups. Of all strains, 64 strains causing outbreak during 2011 and 2012 were the predominant clones showed the same PFGE pattern. 42 isolates were classified into 2 Sequencing types (STs) by MLST, of which ST14 was the most common among the outbreak clonal strains. The new type ST1923 only had 5 sporadic strains. Conclusion S. Senftenberg strains isolated in Bejing showed dominant pattern of unique clones and caused local epidemic, but they are largely susceptible to antibiotics.
