2004-2014年天津市和平区法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的通过对2004-2014年天津市和平区法定传染病的流行趋势及特征分析,全面掌握和平区法定传染病的流行动态,为制定传染病防制策略和措施、加强传染病管理提供科学依据。方法对天津市和平区2004-2014年网络报告的法定传染病疫情资料进行描述性分析。结果 2004-2014年天津市和平区报告甲、乙、丙类法定传染病22种,发病20 476人,年平均发病率554.51/10万。其中,肠道传染病病例最多,占总体发病的67.51%,血源及性传播传染病占16.41%,呼吸道传染病占15.76%,自然疫源及虫媒传染病占0.25%,其他传播方式传染病只占0.07%;病毒性肝炎、手足口病、肺结核等10种法定传染病排在发病率的前五位。结论天津市和平区法定传染病发病率总体呈阶段性上升趋势,本区传染病的预防工作仍然面临着严峻的考验。Objective The objective of the study was to analyze the epidemic trend and characteristics of notifiable diseases in Heping District in Tianjin between 2004 and 2014, to comprehensively assess the epidemic situation of notifiable diseases in Heping District, and thus to provide a scientific reference for developing preventive strategies and measures against infectious disease and enhancing the management of infectious disease. Methods Descriptive analysis was performed on epidemic data of notifiable diseases reported on the Internet in Heping District in Tianjin between 2004-2014. Results A total of 22 Categories A, B, and C notifiable diseases were reported, with a total of 20476 infected patients and an average annual incidence of 554.51/100 000. Among the reported cases, intestinal infectious disease accounted for 67.51%, blood borne and sexually transmitted infections accounted for 16.41%, respiratory infectious disease accounted for 15.76%, natural foci and insect-borne infectious diseases accounted for 0.25%, and other types of infectious diseases accounted for 0.07%. The top five highest incidences included 10 notifiable diseases, including viral hepatitis, hand-foot-and-month disease, and tuberculosis. Conclusion The incidence of notifiable diseases has been periodically rising in Heping District in Tianjin, indicating that the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the District has remained a tough challenge.
