贵州省成年人糖尿病患者的治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解贵州省成年人中糖尿病患者治疗情况,为慢病防治提供资料。方法 采取多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取12个县（市、区）中230名18岁以上糖尿病患者开展调查。用SPSS19.0对收集糖尿病患者治疗数据进行统计分析。结果 有70.2%糖尿病患者采取了治疗,其中男女性治疗率分别71.2%和69.3%,男女性差异无统计学意义。各年龄段患者其治疗率不同,且治疗率随年龄增长而增长。有61.6%的患者采用了药物控制血糖,有42.0%的采用了非药物治疗措施。采用非药物治疗的人中城市高于农村,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=14.24,P〈0.001）;36.0%糖尿病治疗患者血糖控制在正常范围,其中男性34.2%,女性37.5%,女性血糖控制率高于男性,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=0.66,P=0.016）。城市患者血糖控制率40.0%,农村为34.7%,城市、农村之间差异无统计学意义。结论 贵州省既往糖尿病患者治疗率较低,应加大糖尿病防治知识宣传教育提倡糖尿病的综合的防控措施,有效地控制血糖。Objective This work was to estimate the characteristics of diabetes among adult and the status of treatment, so as to offer data for chronic disease prevention in Guizhou province. Methods A total of 230 diabetes patients up to 18 years old were selected by a multi-staged sampling from 12 counties. Spsslg.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results 70.2% diabetes patients had taken treatment. The male was 71.2% and the female was 69.3%.There was no statistically significant difference between males and females. The treatment rate increased with the age of patients. 61.6% patients used drug to control blood glucose, and 42.0% used non-drug treatment, which was higher in cities than countryside, with statistically significant difference （~2=14.24,P〈0.001）. 36.0% of diabetes patient, with 34.2% of male and 37.5% of female, controlled their blood sugar at a normal level, The rates of female was higher than male. There was statistically significant difference in the rate among females and males （~2=0.66,P=0.016）.The blood sugar control rate were 40.0% in cities and 34.7% in the rural areas, without statistically significant difference. Conclusion The treatment rate of diabetes were low in Guizhou province. We should strengthen education and promote the comprehensive control measures to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
