摘  要:火龙果花朵夜晚盛开,清晨谢花,人工授粉可利用的时间窗口较窄。为研究其最佳授粉时间段,有效增加火龙果授粉成功率,试验采用碘-碘化钾染色与氯化三苯基四氮唑(TI-C)法测定火龙果花粉活性。结果表明,火龙果在夜间22:30—23:30花粉活性达到最佳值,明显高于清晨,此时间段是采集花粉进行人工授粉的最佳时间。As a cactus species, pitaya (Hylocereus undulatus Britt) blooms overnight and wilt by the morning, which makes artificial pollination very difficult. To identify the optimal pollination time, Iodine-Potassium Iodine (12-KI) and Chloride Triphenyl Tetrazolium (TTC) methods were used to analyze the pollen activity of pitaya during different time periods. Study results showed that the pollen activity reached the highest range between 21:30 to 23:30, significantly higher than that of the morning, indicating the optimal time to collect pollen and pollinate the flowers was one hour after the flower blooming and before midnight.
