摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆读者权益的概念,探讨了国际图书馆界读者权益新理念和我国图书馆人文精神对我国图书馆读者权益理念的影响。This paper describes the concept of library reader＇s rights and interests, explores the influence on the concept of library reader＇s rights and interests of the library humanistic spirit in our country and the new concepts of the reader＇s rights and interests in in- ternational library circle. 24 refs.
