摘　　要：文章阐述自20世纪初我国图书馆开始尝试实时咨询工作至今十余年间实时咨询方式的变迁,即从专门咨询系统向IM工具的转变。揭示了IM咨询的变化历程,并探讨IM咨询服务未来的发展趋势。The paper is a brief discussion on the development of real-time reference in domestic libraries since the early twentieth century. It＇s a process from special reference system to IM. The paper describes the changing process of IM reference and discusses the fu- ture development trend of IM reference service. 13 refs.
