北京大学孑民图书室的发展及其社会影响探究

摘　　要：1947年成立的北京大学孑民图书室,得到了胡适、郑天挺、邓广铭、许德珩、吴晗等教授和巴金、沈从文、朱自清等作家以及许广平、赵家璧等文化界人士的关注和支持,他们向图书室捐赠图书,并联系亲友和出版机构助其募集图书,促进了图书室的发展壮大。通过《孑民图书室组织大纲》和《工作手册》,孑民图书室进行了一系列制度建设,确立了严格的组织制度和民主高效的管理制度;并通过出版《阅读与学习》、《生活与工作》等期刊进行文化建设。孑民图书室传播进步思想,开展宣传教育,使许多青年学子开始信仰马列主义走上革命道路,使部分当代作家如邵燕祥、李瑛等汲取文学素养并逐渐走上创作道路。Ever since its foundation in 1947, Cai Yuanpei Library of Peking University got attention and support from a mass of intel- lectuals like Hu Shi, Zheng Tianting, Deng Guangming, Xu Deheng, Wu Han, Ba Jin, Shen Congwen, Zhu Ziqing, Xu Guangping and Zhao Jiabi, etc. They gave an impetus to its development by donating books themselves and soliciting contributions from relatives and publishing houses. A series of rules and regulations, like ＂ Cai Yuanpei Library Memorandum of Association＂ and ＂Work Manu- al＂ , were among others to establish vigorous organization and efficient management. Hence, guided by the revolutionary thought and education of the library, many young students accepted Marxism-Leninism and took the road to the revolution and influenced by its lit- erary thought, some writers such as Shao Yanxiang and Li Ying started their career. 48 refs.
