摘  要:针对热轧不锈钢304/Q345R复合板基层和复层的材质特点及其各自对热处理工艺的要求,对热轧不锈钢复合板采用了整体加热至1000℃,冷却时采取高温段(400℃以上)不锈钢层单面喷水快冷+低温段整体空冷的热处理制度。发现经热处理后,基层碳钢的强度增大,塑性达标,韧性得到明显改善,复合板结合性能良好;经草酸电解腐蚀试验发现,热处理后界面附近沟状组织变窄,并出现较宽的阶梯组织,与热处理前复层的沟状组织+混合组织相比,耐晶间腐蚀性能得到明显改善。文章指出高温段不锈钢层单面快冷+低温段整体缓冷的热处理工艺可得到综合性能优良的不锈钢复合板。In view of the different heat treatment specifications of the base metal and the cladding metal for the hot rolled 304/Q345R steel clad plate, the heat treatment of the hot rolled clad plate was conducted by heating the plate at 1000 ℃ , rapid cooling on the cladding metal by spraying to 400 ℃ , and then air cooling the whole plate to room temperature. After the heat treatment, the strength of the Q345R steel increases markedly, its plasticity satisfies the standard requirement, and the toughness is improved obviously, and the bonding of the interface for the clad plate is very well. The electrolytic corrosion test in oxalic acid shows that the intergranular corrosion resistance of the hot rolled clad plate is improved significantly due to the gradient interface mierostructure obtained after the heat treatment.
