摘  要:将硬铝线的电导率由≥61%IACS提高至≥63%IACS可使输电线路的输电线损降低约3%。通过对硬铝线进行不同温度的中间退火,研究了回复、再结晶退火处理对硬铝线性能的影响。实验结果表明对硬铝线进行180℃回复处理,可在保持硬铝线强度的前提下使其电导率提高0.5%IACS^1.0%IACS,对硬铝线进行300℃再结晶中间退火可使硬铝线的电导率提高1.5%IACS^2.0%IACS。再结晶退火过程中过饱和固溶Fe的脱溶析出是导致使硬铝线电导率提高的主要原因。The transmission loss in overhead transmission lines will be reduced by about 3% , if the minimum electrical conductivity of the hard-drawn aluminum wire increases from 61% IACS to 63 % IACS. By intermediate annealing of the hard-drawn aluminum wire at different temperatures, the effects of recovery and recrystallization anneal treating on properties of the hard-drawn aluminum wires was studied. The results show that the electrical conductivity of the hard-drawn aluminum wire increases by 0. 5 % IACS-1. 0 % IACS under the condition of keeping its strength unchanged by recovery intermediate annealing at 180 ℃, and the conductivity of the hard-drawn aluminum wire can be increased by 1.5 % IACS-2.0 % IACS while the recrystallization occurs by intermediate annealing at 300 ℃. The precipitation of Fe in the supersaturated solid solution during the recrystallization annealing is responsible for the improvement of the eonductivity of the hard-drawn aluminum wires.
