摘 要:蒽醌法生产双氧水是目前国内外广泛采用的方法,氧化塔排空尾气中含有大量的芳烃溶剂,如果不能恰当处理,不但会导致芳烃溶剂的大量损失增加原料成本,还会造成环境污染。根据氧化塔尾气特性,分析透平膨胀机制冷液化法和活性炭纤维吸附法配合使用的工艺,探讨尾气芳烃回收系统的节能及环保改造的可行性。从设计结果可以看出:采用透平膨胀机制冷技术处理双氧水氧化尾气,具有良好的效果,该技术与蒽醌法生产双氧水的工艺技术配套具有良好的发展前途。The production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method is widely used in the world, but there are a lot of aromatic hydrocarbon solvent in exhausting gases from oxidation tower. If it is not properly handled, will not only increase the cost, but also cause environmental pollution. According to the characteristics of tail gases, the turbine refrigeration method to- gether with activated carbon fiber method was analyzed, which could be used in the process. The feasibility of energy saving and environmental protection of the tail gas recovery system was also discussed. From the design results, the turbine refrigeration technology for the recovery of tail gas of hydrogen peroxide has a good effect, the supporting technology and production of hydro- gen peroxide by anthraquinone method has good development prospect.
