摘 要:下一代超导磁体系统有着大电流、高磁场的显著特点,中心场约为5-7T,而最高场达到15T。为了满足如此高的磁场强度,作者需要制作能够达到磁场>15T,电流>45k A,电磁循环万次后性能稳定要求的超导磁体。目前,Bi2212作为发展的一个方向。Bi2212能否开展高场导体的应用,需要对线材,铠甲材料,以及成型后的导体整体都进行一系列的测试。主要介绍了目前Bi-2212导体使用的铠甲材料——316LN的高温力学性能研究测试。并与其室温、低温力学性能进行了对比;在软件上模拟了高温、加压的情况下材料所受的应力情况,分析了铠甲是否能满足将来的高压热处理。The next generation superconducting magnet system has a distinctive feature of large current and high magnetic field. The center field is about 5 -7T, and the highest field even to reach 15T. In order to meet such a high magnetic field, we need to make superconducting magnet systems that can achieve 15T magnetic field, and have stable performance after millions of electromagnetic cycling. Currently, Bi -2212 is as a direction of our development. The Bi2212 is able to carry out applied high - field conductor, we need to make a series of tests of the wires, jacket material, and integrally formed conductor. This paper de- scribed the high temperature mechanical properties of armor material - 316LN of the tested Bi - 2212 conductor compared with room temperature and low temperature mechanical properties. We also used the software to simulate the material under the condi- tion of high temperature and pressure stress situation. Whether jacket to meet future high - pressure heat treatment was analyzed.
