摘  要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金进行了变形温度为850~1150℃,应变速率为0.01~10 s^(-1)的等温热压缩试验。引入Zener-Hollomon参数,建立了该合金的热塑性变形双曲正弦本构方程。基于动态材料模型理论构建了该合金在不同应变下的热加工图。结果表明:Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金的流变失稳区主要发生在高应变速率下,热变形时适宜的变形安全区温度为1100~1150℃,应变速率为0.01~0.07 s^(-1)。Isothermal compression tests were conducted under the temperature ranges of 850-1150 ℃ and the strain rates of 0. 01-10 s~(- 1)by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulated test machine. By the introduction of Zener-Hollomon parameter,the thermal plastic constitutive analysis of flow stress was carried out by using the hyperbolic sine function. The processing maps for the alloy under different strain were established based on the dynamic materials model. The results show that the flow instability for Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy mainly occurs in the high strain rate,and the hot deformation areas of safety are located in the temperature range of 1100-1150 ℃ and the strain rates of 0. 01-0. 07 s(- 1).
