摘 要:利用差示扫描量热仪测试了TC6钛合金经3 GPa压力下1000℃保温15 min高压热处理前后在不同冷却速率下的β→α相变温度和转变时间,并计算其相变激活能和Avrami指数,结合显微组织分析,探讨了3 GPa热处理对TC6钛合金中β→α相变动力学的影响。结果表明,3 GPa热处理能降低TC6钛合金β→α相变温度,缩短相变时间,随着相变体积分数的增大,高压处理样品的相变激活能先低于后高于未经高压处理样品的,但对β→α相变机制影响不大。TC6 titanium alloy was heat treated at 3 GPa pressure and 1000 ℃ for 15 min,the temperature and time of the β → α phase transformation of TC6 titanium alloy before and after high pressure treatment at different cooling rates were calculated by means of differential scanning calorimeter,and its activation energy and Avrami exponent were calculated. Combined with microstructure observation,the effect of3 GPa pressure treatment on the β → α phase transformation dynamics of TC6 alloy was investigated. The results show that 3 GPa high pressure treatment can reduce the phase transformation temperature and time,the activation energy of the high pressure treated alloy is first low and then higher than that of the untreated alloy with the increase of the phase transformation volume fraction,but has little effect on its phase transition mechanism.
