摘 要:应用光学显微镜和透射电镜,研究了厚60 mm的P460NH钢板在正火温度为910℃时,不同保温时间对钢组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,随保温时间的延长,钢板的强度和冲击吸收能量都是先提高后降低,伸长率变化不大,铁素体和珠光体晶粒细化后有所长大,带状组织减轻,珠光体片间距变化不大,第二相粒子固溶减少,并出现Ostwald熟化过程。最佳保温时间为120 min。The effects of different normalizing holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of P460 NH steel plate with 60 mm thickness were investigated by using optical microscope and TEM. The tested results show that with the increase of the normalizing holding time,the strength and impact absorbed energy of plate increase first and then decrease,the elongation is almost unchanged,the grain size of ferrite and pearlite grows up after be refined and the banded microstructure is reduced. At the same time,the laminar space of pearlite changes little,the second-phases decrease gradually until the Ostwald process occurs. When normalizing temperature for P460 NH steel plate is 910 ℃,the optimal holding time is about 120 min.
