摘　　要：手机为大学生的日常生活提供了便捷服务,但大学生过分依赖手机却引发出一系列失德问题,如手机作弊缺失诚信、接打电话扰乱公共秩序、手机拍摄侵犯隐私权、手机短信诈骗等。面临手机依赖带来的种种伦理困境,国家应制定和完善手机使用相关的法律、法规,加大社会监管力度;高校应对大学生加强社会公德教育,进行德育引导;大学生应提高自身的道德修养,合理地使用手机。Smart phone provides convenience for college students＇ daily life. However, the college students＇ dependence on smart phone also triggered a series of moral problems, such as cheating in the exams, public disturbing, privacy invasion and SMS fraud. Facing all sorts of ethical dilemmas brought by phone dependence, the government should improve the relevant laws and regulations to enhance the supervision; colleges and universities should strengthen the social morality education; and college students should improve their own moral levels and use phones reasonably.
