摘　　要：目的研究通脉降脂片中笔管草HPLC特征图谱。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水梯度洗脱;检测波长为265nm;柱温为30℃。结果在通脉降脂片色谱中,出现与笔管草两个主色谱峰保留时间一致的特征峰。结论本方法简单、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于鉴别通脉降脂片中的笔管草。OBJECTIVE To study the Characteristic Chromatogram of Equisetum debile Roxb. in tablets for Dredging Meridians and Lowering Blood Lipid（ TDMLBL） by HPLC. METHODS Octadecyl silane bonded silica gel as filling agent; Eluted with methanol-water gradient; Detection wavelength was 265nm; Column temperature was30℃. RESULTS In chromatography of TDMLBL,appear two characteristic peaks consistent with the retention time of main chromatographic peaks of Equisetum debile Roxb. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,fast,and has a good reproducibility. It can be used to identify Equisetum debile Roxb. in TDMLBL.
