摘　　要：目的对白及在上消化道疾病中的临床应用做相关综述。方法查阅、分类、归纳白及用于上消化道疾病中的文献,对其在上消化道疾病中因不同原因引起疾患的临床应用加以综述。结果白及用于上消化道出血、胃炎及反流性食管炎、消化道溃疡、药物中毒等均取得了显著疗效。结论白及用于上消化道疾病的治疗,其机理值得深入研究、给药剂型、方法需进一步提升、完善后能产生良好的社会与经济价值,应用前景可观。OBJECTIVE Summary the clinical application of Bletilla striata in upper gastrointestinal disease. METHODS The literature and clinical application of Bletilla striata in upper gastrointestinal disease caused by various reasons were consulted,classified and summarized. RESULTS Bletilla striata possessed significant effect in upper gestroin testinal disease. The mechanism of Bletilla striata＇ s treatment in upper gastrointestinal disease was worth further studied. After further improving it＇ s reagent type and method,it will create social and economic value. CONCLUSION The clinical application of Bletilla striata in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal disease was promising.
