糖尿病母亲新生儿血清NT-pro BNP、Hcy、cTnI检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病母亲新生儿血清NT-pro BNP、Hcy、c Tn I检测及其意义进行深入探讨。方法选择2014年1月~2014年12月我院收治的60例产后24 h内糖尿病母亲新生儿作为观察对象,并根据孕期血糖控制情况予以分成控制不佳的为M组和控制良好的为N组,均为30例,选择同期15例无糖尿病母亲健康新生儿作为参照组,对三组新生儿产后24 h内和治疗1周后血清NT-pro BNP、Hcy、c Tn I检测并进行比较分析。结果经分析,M、N两组产后24 h内NT-pro BNP、c Tn I水平升高,M组高于N组,均存在差异,有统计意义（P〈0.05）;M、N组在产后24 h内和参照组相比,Hcy水平有显著提升（P〈0.05）,M、N组比较无差异（P〉0.05）。结论糖尿病母亲新生儿的血清NT-pro BNP、c Tn I的水平变化和妊娠期目前血糖控制效果有密切关系,可作为该类母亲新生儿心肌损伤早期诊断重要指标。Objective Analysis on the clinical significance of the detection of the Serum NT-pro BNP,Hcy,c Tn I in the newborns of diabetic mothers.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,60 cases of postpartum 24 h newborns of diabetic mothers in our hospital were selected as the study object.According to the control situation of Blood sugar during pregnancy,they were divided into M group（Poor control） and N group（good control）,30 cases in each group,to select 15 cases of healthy newborns which Mother do not suffer from diabetes in the corresponding period were selected as reference group.Analysis on the detection to Serum NTpro BNP,Hcy,c Tn I of two situation about three gorups： postpartum in 24 hours and after one week of treatment.Results According to the analysis of M and N groups,the NT-pro BNP,c Tn I levels of postpartum in 24 hours increased.That of M group was higher than N group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with Reference group,M group and N group in postpartum 24 hours,Hcy levels,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,there was no statistically significant differences between M group and N group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The variety of the Level of NT-pro BNP,Hcy,c Tn I in the newborns of diabetic mothers have closed links with currently glycemic control during pregnancy,it can be as indicators of early diagnosis to myocardial injury in the newborns of diabetic mothers.
