彩超引导下PICC置管术临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析彩超引导下PICC置管术临床价值。方法研究2015年9月~2015年12月我院收治肿瘤患者56例,抽签分组。实施传统PICC置管术有28例,入对照组;实施彩超引导下PICC置管术有28例,入研究组。比较两组置管时间和穿刺成功率。结果两组中研究组的置管时间短,穿刺成功率高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论彩超引导下PICC置管术有较高临床价值,较传统置管操作时间更短,穿刺成功率更高,需予以重视。Objective To analyze the clinical value of PICC catheter guided by ultrasound.Methods From September 2015 to December 2015,56 cases of cancer patients were treated in our hospital.In the control group,28 cases were treated with traditional PICC catheter.In the study group,28 patients were treated by color Doppler ultrasound guided by PICC catheter,and then the two groups of catheterization time and puncture success rateare compared.Results In the study group,the duration of catheterization was shorter,the success rate of puncture was higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PICC catheter under the guidance of ultrasound has higher clinical value,shorter operation time and higher puncture success rate than the traditional catheter,which should be paid more attention in clinical application.
