上消化道出血病因与胃镜治疗效果评析

摘　　要：目的研究上消化道出血病因与胃镜治疗效果。方法研究对象：我院2013年1月~2015年12月住院接受治疗的83例上消化道出血患者。根据治疗方法的差异进行分组,83例患者分为常规止血组和胃镜组。对患者上消化道出血病因进行调查,在治疗上,常规止血组采取的是常规止血方法,如凝血酶口服等;胃镜组采取胃镜治疗方法。研究评估：（1）止血效果;（2）并发症率;（3）上消化道出血病因。结果 （1）胃镜组对比常规止血组止血效果更高,χ2检验差异显著,P〈0.05;（2）胃镜组对比常规止血组并发症率更低,χ2检验差异显著,P〈0.05;（3）上消化道出血病因包括急性胃黏膜病变、消化道溃疡、消化道肿瘤、静脉曲张破裂等。结论上消化道出血病因较多,行胃镜治疗效果确切,可有效止血,减少并发症。Objective To study the cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the effect of endoscopic treatment.Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,83 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were admitted to hospital.According to the difference of treatment method,83 patients were divided into routine hemostatic group and gastroscope group.Patients with digestive tract hemorrhage were investigated.In the treatment,routine hemostatic group adopted routine hemostatic methods,such as thrombin oral or nasal feeding,etc.Gastroscope group take gastroscopy treatment.Evaluation：（1） hemostatic effect;（2） complication rate;（3） the cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results（1） compared with gastroscope group,the routine hemostasis group had better hemostasis effect,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;（2） compared with gastroscope group,the complications rate of routine hemostatic was lower,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;（3） upper digestive tract hemorrhage causes include acute gastric mucosal lesion,digestive tract ulcer,gastrointestinal cancer,varicosity burst.Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is more,endoscopic treatment can effectively stop bleeding,reduce complications.
