温阳益气法在乳腺癌术后患侧上肢肿胀治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳益气法在乳腺癌术后患侧上肢肿胀治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院就诊的乳腺癌术后患侧上肢肿胀的66例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例,术后对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组33例给予温阳益气法治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组上肢肿胀程度显著轻于对照组。对照组与观察组治疗率分别为72.7%,97.0%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后运用温阳益气法治疗可有效缓解患侧上肢肿胀情况。Objective To explore the application effect of Wenyangyiqi in the treatment of breast cancer surgery with upper limb swelling.Methods In the clinical data of 66 cases of patients in our hospital for treatment of breast cancer postoperative ipsilateral upper limb swelling were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given about conventional western medicine treatment,33 cases in observation group were given about Wenyangyiqi,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The swelling degree of observation group was significantly less than that of control group.The total effective rate of control group and observation group respectively were 72.7%,97.0%.There was statistically significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breast cancer patients after treatment method using Wenyangyiqi can effectively alleviate the upper limb swelling.
