健康教育在肺结核咯血患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究健康教育在肺结核咯血患者护理中的应用。方法选取86例来我院治疗的肺结核咯血患者,随机分为A、B两组。B组患者给予常规护理,A组患者在B组基础上给予健康教育护理干预,观察比较两组患者护理效果指标变化。结果两组护理满意度评分、住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组再次咯血发生率6.98%,低于B组的32.56%,止血有效率95.35%,高于B组的69.77%(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在肺结核咯血患者护理中效果显著。Objective To explore the application of health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients.Methods 86 patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into group A and group B,patients in group B were given routine nursing care,health education and nursing intervention were given to the patients in group A on the basis of group B.Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with nursing effect index changes.Results Compared with the two groups,the scores of nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were significantly different（P〈0.05）,6.98% of the A group was lower than the rate of hemoptysis again in B group 32.56%.Hemostasis efficiency of 95.35% was higher than that of the B group of 69.77%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education can achieve very good therapeutic effect in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients.
