白花蛇舌草核苷类化学成分分离

摘　　要：目的:研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法:药材采用水提取,提取液用大孔吸附树脂,硅胶,小孔树脂凝胶(MCI),羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex)柱色谱及半制备HPLC进行分离,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草中分离得6个化合物,分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶-2'-脱氧核苷(2'-deoxythymidine,1),2'-O-甲基肌苷(2'-O-methylinosine,2),肌苷(inosine,3),尿苷(uridine,4),鸟苷(guanosine,5),β-腺苷(β-adenosine,6)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from Oldenlandia diffusa . Method： The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, MCI gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis. Result： Six compounds were isolated from the water extract of O. diffusa, and their structures β-adenosine （6）, respectively. Conclusion： All the isolated compounds were obtained from the Hedyotis for the first time.
