摘　　要：目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血清Ⅰ型前胶原肽(PⅠP)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)水平的改变,探讨其与OSAS患者左心室质量指数(LVMI)的相关性。方法收集新近诊断并符合入选标准的OSAS患者60例,根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻中度OSAS组(5≤AHI≤30次/h)及重度OSAS组(AHI>30次/h),门诊健康体检者20例作为正常对照组,分别测定血清PⅠP、PⅢP浓度,行心脏彩超检查并计算LVMI。结果重度OSAS组的LVMI、血清PⅠP和PⅢP浓度均高于正常对照组及轻中度OSAS组(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示:AHI是OSAS患者LVMI的影响因素;而血清PⅠP和PⅢP浓度均与LVMI、AHI相关(P<0.05)。结论 OSAS可能是左心室肥厚的独立危险因素,OSAS患者血清PⅠP和PⅢP浓度与患者LVMI、AHI相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma type Ⅰ procollagen carboxy-terminal propeptide（ PⅠP） and typeⅢprocollagen amino-terminal propeptide（ PⅢP） with left ventricular mass index（ LVMI） in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（ OSAS） patients. Methods Sixty OSAS patients with matched criteria were divided into two groups according to AHI： mild to moderate group（ 5≤AHI≤30 times/h） and severe group（ AHI 15 times/h）. Twenty healthy individuals were taken as controls. Left ventricular mass index（LVMI） was examined,and plasma levels of PⅠP and PⅢP were detected. Results The LVMI and the levels of plasma PⅠP and PⅢP were significantly higher in severe group than those in mild to moderate group and control group（ P〈0.05）. Multi-linear regression analysis indicated that AHI had influence on LVMI in OSAS patients,and the levels of plasma PⅠP and PⅢP were positively related to LVMI and AHI respectively（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion OSAS might be an independent risk factor for the left ventricular hypertrophy. The levels of plasma PⅠP and PⅢP are related to LVMI and AHI in OSAS patients.
