摘 要:目的 探讨FREIBERG病的X线及MRI影像学特点及相对应FREIBERG病理分级相对应X线表现。方法搜集本院自2010年10月~2014年6月经影像学检查确诊为Freiberg病病例共计21例,其中17例仅行X线检查,4例行X线及MRI共同检查,并对21例X线检查对应相关影像学分期,探讨其影像学特点及并对照Smillie分期对比不同时期影像学特点。结果 21例Freiberg病按照Smillie分期分别为Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期5例,Ⅲ期7例,Ⅳ期5例,V期3例,其中Ⅰ期病例经MRI证实。其余20例病例均直接经X线诊断作出提示性诊断。结论 Freiberg病临床相对少见,但影像学表现特征性明显,除早期病例外多数均能通过X-ray做出正确诊断,对于X-ray表现阴性的病例,足部MRI检查可帮助确诊。Objective The purpose of our study was to determine the X-ray and MRI features of Freiberg' s disease and to compare with X-ray characteristics in varous patholologic stages. Methods 21 patients with Freiberg' s disease were diagnosed from October 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital, of were 17 patients were only performed X-ray and 4 patients were performed X- ray and MRI. The classification diagnoses were performed according to Smillie' s classification. Results There were 1 case of stage Ⅰ , 5 cases of stage Ⅱ , 7 cases of stage Ⅲ, 5 cases of stage Ⅳ, 3 cases of stage Ⅴ. One case was confirmed stage Ⅰ by MRI. The others were confirmed by X-ray. Conclusion Freiberg' s disease is rare. The most cases are diagnosed by X-ray because its X-ray characteristics are obvious. MRI is help in case X-ray is negative.
