异丙酚、七氟烷对大鼠缺血再灌注肺组织的保护作用及其机制相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对大鼠缺血再灌注肺损伤实施异丙酚、七氟烷处理的组织保护情况。方法纳入40只SD大鼠,制备大鼠缺血再灌注肺损伤模型,按随机数字表法分为假手术组、缺血再灌组、七氟烷处理组、异丙酚处理组、异丙酚+七氟烷处理组。结果缺血再灌组、七氟烷处理组、异丙酚处理组以及异丙酚+七氟烷处理组的TNF-α及IL-8因子检测水平均显著高于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异丙酚+七氟烷处理组的TNF-α及IL-8因子检测水平均显著低于七氟烷处理组和异丙酚处理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。缺血再灌组、七氟烷处理组、异丙酚处理组以及异丙酚+七氟烷处理组的支气管肺泡灌洗液总蛋白含量检测水平均显著高于假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异丙酚+七氟烷处理组的支气管肺泡灌洗液总蛋白含量检测水平均显著低于七氟烷处理组和异丙酚处理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚复合七氟烷可以对大鼠缺血再灌注肺损伤产生一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of propofol and sevoflurane on lung tissue in rats with focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats and its mechanism. Methods 40 SD rats were enrolled, and were made the rat model of ischemia reperfusion lung injury,were randomly divided into sham operation group ischemia reperfusion group, sevoflurane, propofol group propofol and sevoflurane. Results TNF-α and IL-8 levels of factor detecting is- chemia-reperfusion grcup, the treatment group sevoflurane and propofol treatment group and propofol＋sevoflurane- treated group were significantly higher than the sham group, the difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. TNF- α and IL-8 levels detected factor in propofol＋sevoflurane-treated group were significantly lower than the sevoflurane group and propofol treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid total protein levels detected in ischemia-reperfusion group,the sevoflurane treatment group, propofol treatment group and propofol＋sevoflurane treatment group were significantly higher than the sham group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid total protein content detectable levels of propofol＋sevoflurane-treated group was significantly lower than sevoflurane and propofol treatment group treatment group differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can protect the lung injury in rats with ischemia and reperfusion of propofol combined with seven sevoflurane.
