摘　　要：新生代农民工就业水平的高低事关我国经济社会的发展,直接影响我国新型城镇化进程。然而,由于新生代农民工就业渠道较窄、就业环境较差、就业保障低、职业稳定性较差,收入水平较低,导致他们市民化过程中步履艰难,为此,必须在新型城镇化进程中积极推进就业服务体制创新,深化户籍制度改革,创新公共服务制度,进一步完善农民工权益保障的法律法规,为提升新生代农民工就业能力营造制度环境,提供法律保障。The employment level of migrant workers is related to the development of our social economy and directly affects the process of new urbanization. However,because of the narrow employment channel,the poor employment condition,the low employment security,the instability of work and the low income all lead to the difficulty of new urbanization. So it is necessary to actively facilitate the employment innovations,to deepen the household reform system,to innovate public service systems,and to further perfect the laws and regulations of the right protection of the migrant workers in order to provide them good system environment legal safeguard.
