摘 要:体验式教学已在国内外诸多专业教学中得到采用,其主要特点是以学习者为中心,通过学生主动参与教学过程,培养学生批判性思维、沟通协作与创新能力。实践表明,传统的传输式教学严重违背了《内部控制》的学科与课程属性。因此本文提出引入体验式教学,构架符合财经类专业学生培养目标的内部控制体验式教学模式,并提出了配合该模式实施的条件与基础,以期改进与提高《内部控制》课程的教学效果。Experiential teaching has been used in many domestic and oversea teaching. Its main attribute is learner- centered,active participation by the student during teaching process,which aims to cultivate the capability of critical thinking,communication,collaboration and innovation for students. Many practices show that the conventional transmission teaching seriously violated the discipline and curriculum attributes of the course of " internal control". This paper proposes the introduction of experiential teaching,and constructs the mode of experiential teaching for the course of internal control,which is in accordance with the training objectives for these students majoring in finance and economics so as to improve the teaching effect for the course of internal control.
