血清炎症因子及血浆渗透压与慢阻肺的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析血清炎症因子及血浆渗透压与慢阻肺的关系,为临床选择慢阻肺的治疗方案提供参考。方法选取2014年1月-2015年9月于医院进行诊治84例慢阻肺患者为观察组,并选取同期84名健康体检者为对照组,对两组的血清炎症因子及血浆渗透压进行比较,比较观察组不同GOLD分级及分期患者的检测结果,以Logistic分析检测指标与慢阻肺的关系。结果观察组血清炎症因子均高于对照组,血浆渗透压则低于对照组,而不同GOLD分级及分期患者检测结果也存在明显差异,(P<0.05),经Logistic分析显示,血清炎症因子及血浆渗透压均与慢阻肺有密切的关系。结论慢阻肺患者血清炎症因子及血浆渗透压均呈现异常的状态,且不同GOLD分级及分期患者的检测结果差异较大,均与疾病有密切的关系,应给予充分的干预。OBJECTIVE To analyze the relation between serum inflammatory factors and osmotic pressure of plasma to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,so as to provide reference for treatment protocols on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.METHODS A total of 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Sep.2015 were selected as the observation group,and another 84 healthy persons at the same period were selected as the control group.Serum inflammatory factors and osmotic pressure of two groups were compared,and the detection results of observation group with different GOLD grades and stages were compared too.The relationship between the detection indexes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were analyzed with the logistic analysis.RESULTS The serum inflammatory factors of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the osmotic pressure of plasma lower than that of control group,and the detection results of patients with different GOLD grades and stages all had significantly differences（P〈0.05）.The serum inflammatory factors and osmotic pressure of plasma both had close relation to the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the logistic analysis.CONCLUSIONThe serum inflammatory factors and osmotic pressure of plasma of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease show abnormal state,and the detection results have great differences in patients with different GOLD grades and stages,which have close relation to the disease,so it should be paid enough intervention.
