摘　　要：新西兰大学图书馆战略规划宗旨明确、文本结构规范、主题突出,特别是在支持教学、学习和研究,用户服务,空间再造和资源整合,人力资源建设,关注少数族裔和社区参与以及交流合作等方面特色鲜明。我国高校图书馆可以借鉴新西兰大学图书馆的成功经验,从以下方面入手制定并实施战略规划:加强图书馆战略规划的科学性和规范性;以价值评估为驱动,提高图书馆对教学、学习和研究的支持力度;持续关注用户需求,不断提升用户体验;注重图书馆空间再造,加强各种资源的整合利用;增强对外交流与合作,拓展图书馆社区服务新功能。University libraries strategic plan of New Zealand has clear intention, standard text structure and prominent theme, especially features in the teaching support, learning and researching, users service, space recreating and resource integrating, human resource constructing, focusing on the minorities and community engagement, communication and cooperation, etc~ University libraries in our country can draw successful explerience from university libraries of New Zealand, formulate and implement strategic plans in the following aspects： strengthening the scientificity and standardization of the library strategic plan, enhancing the library support for teaching, studying and researching with value evaluation as driving force, paying continuous attention to user needs and improving user experience, focusing on the library space reconstruction and the integration of the various resources, strengthening the external communication and cooperation in order to expand new functions in community service.
