摘　　要：美国数字公共图书馆（DPLA）的发展模式具有示范和推广价值,对我国数字图书馆建设及服务创新具有借鉴意义。DPLA是开放式的门户网站与协作平台,在运行与管理体制上实行理事会制和社区代表制,战略规划由内容、技术、外展及可持续发展等目标构成,政策体系包括经营政策、数据相关政策与终端用户政策。我国图书馆应当在数字文化资源建设、公共数字文化服务、战略规划及制度安排等方面制定相应对策,以提升图书馆公共数字文化服务的精准化水平。The development model of Digital Public Library of America （DPLA） is worthy to be widely promoted, and provides a reference for digital library construction and service innovation in China. DPLA is an open portal and collaborative platform, operated and managed by the board of trustees and community representatives, whose strategic planning consists of content, technology, outreach and sustainable development, the policy systems includes policies on operation, data related and end users. In order to upgrade the precision level of library public digital culture service, Chinese library should propose the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of construction of digital culture resources, public digital culture services, strategic planning and system arrangement.
