摘  要:目的探讨基层医院急诊护理人员职业倦怠因素及对策。方法对本地区三家基层医院急诊科的护士240名进行问卷调查,调查护士的一般情况与职业倦怠情况。结果 240名护士的职业倦怠量表总分为(7.04±1.86)分,其中躯体疲劳(4.62±1.11)分,脑力疲劳(2.40±0.98)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示影响护士职业倦怠的主要因素包括学历、护龄与职务(P<0.05)。结论基层医院急诊护理人员职业倦怠的整体水平比较高,主要因素包括学历、护龄与职务等,为此需要积极给予合理管理与保障。Objective To explore the factors and countermeasures for job burnout of emergency room nurses in primary hospital. Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey of general condition and job burnout situation on 240 emergency room nurses from 3 primary hospitals in the region from January 2015 to September 2015. Results Burnout Inventory total score of 240 nurses was(7.04±1.86) points, including(4.62±1.11) points for physical fatigue,(2.40±0.98) points for mental fatigue. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting nurses' burnout include education, nursing age and position(P〈0.05). Conclusion The overall burnout level of emergency room nurses in primary hospital is relatively high, and main factors include education, age and position, which requires active reasonable management and protection.
