摘　　要：目的探讨手术室影响护理差错事故的各种因素及预防措施,保证手术室护理工作安全和高效。方法通过比较2013年、2014年差错事故,分析手术室护理差错事故的原因,提出有效预防措施。结果认识到防范护理风险的重要性,主动参与护理安全工作,提高手术室护理工作质量。结论手术室护理安全始终贯穿手术各个环节,只有科学预见护理风险,端正工作态度,有效防范护理风险,为手术患者提供安全的手术环境,确保护理安全。Objective To discuss the factors and preventive measures of nursing errors in operation room, and to ensure the high-efficiency and safety of nursing work in operation room and operation room. Methods By comparing the accidents of 2013 and 2014, we analysis the causes of nursing errors in operation room, aiming to put forward effective preventive measures. Results During the analysis, we acknowledge the importance of nursing risk prevention, and take active part in nursing safety to improve the quality of nursing in operation room. Conclusions Operation room nursing safety has always run through all aspects of the operation. Only by scientific predictting the risk of nursing, and correctting working attitude, can we prevent nursing risk effective. We aim to provide safe operation environment for the operation patients, and to ensure the safety of nursing.
