全髋关节和双极人工股骨头置换术用于老年股骨颈骨折治疗的对比

摘　　要：目的探讨全髋关节和双极人工股骨头置换术用于老年股骨颈骨折的治疗疗效。方法 48例股骨颈骨折的老年患者,随机分为24例研究组(接受全髋关节置换术)和24例对照组(接受双极人工股骨头置换术)。对比1研究组和对照组手术时间、手术出血量。2研究组和对照组术后3个月髋关节Harris评分。结果 1研究组与对照组手术时间、手术出血量结果比较无差异(P>0.05)。2研究组和对照组术后3个月髋关节Harris评分分别为(84.3±8.6)分、(62.4±9.6)分,结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论本次研究认为老年股骨颈骨折时,采用全髋关节置换术能明显提高患者手术后髋关节Harris评分。Objective To discuss the effects of total hip arthroplasty and bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods 48 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into 24 cases in the study group（receiving total hip arthroplasty） and 24 cases in the control group（receiving artificial femoral head replacement）. Results 1The operation time and bleeding amount of study group and control group showed no differences（P〉0.05）; 2Harris score of hip joint of study group and control group 3 months after surgery was respectively（84.3±8.6）points and（62.4±9.6）points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study suggests that in the treatment of femoral neck fracture, total hip arthroplasty can significantly improve patients＇ Harris score of hip joint.
